The Recipe That Changed Everything

My culinary journey began at age 8, standing on a step stool in my Lebanese grandmother’s kitchen, learning to make her famous Orange Blossom Maamoul Cookies. The way she’d shape the dough with such care taught me that cooking is love made edible a philosophy that still guides every recipe I create. [Get her recipe here!]

From Blog to Brand

In 2016, after one too many friends begged me for recipes, I launched Foodeiz from my tiny Brooklyn apartment. That first year featured equal parts kitchen fires (literally, once) and viral recipes (my Harissa Honey Roasted Carrots still get messages weekly!).

Dreams Do Come True

In 2022, my debut cookbook “Eat It Up!: Bold Recipes for the Intrepid Home Cook” hit shelves—and somehow landed on the NY Times Best Seller list for 3 weeks! Holding that first copy, stained with recipe-testing ingredients, was my “pinch me” moment.
